DJ Crazy 'D' is here to shake the bag of music up again, using genres like funk, reggae, R'n'B, gospel and more, sharing his past ventures in the music world, and trying to highlight and support local bands old and new...."Generally trying to send you some good old 'Leicester feel good factor'" through the airwaves.

D comes from a large family band and moved onto other bands as time went on, ending up as a sound engineer for a few local Motown bands in Leicester. He eventually retired from stage works in 2012; however "with music you never really retire so here I am with big thanks to ExileFM".

After many years scouring the world in search of enlightenment or at least a decent Lamb Korma, Marc returned to the west to pursue a career in almost anything to alleviate the boredom of day to day living.

Having discovered a complete lack of musical talent, he turned his attention to listening to music - this is a skill he has developed over the years into a very catholic penchant for all types of tunes.

Incidentally, that is Gregory Porter's shoulder in the photo with Marc.

He has appeared on a number of community and commercial radio stations including Maidstone Festival Radio, CTR105.6FM, KMFM, internet station RFM and most recently SFM 106.9 in Sittingbourne.

Neil is a composer, promoter, label manager, author and post-doctoral researcher with a PhD from Goldsmiths, University of London. As a composer and artist he has played the BBC Introducing Stage at Latitude (2017) and his music has been regularly featured on BBC Radio 6 Music, BBC Radio 3 and other stations including ExileFM. Neil promotes the Trust The Doc and Vanishing Point live events and curates the Trust The Doc and Fresh on the Net Live festivals in London. He is a moderator and reviews writer for Fresh on the Net, publishes the monthly Trust The Doc blog for new music and manages two artists. He is also author of the book The Independent Music Sector. Neil continues to choose the weekly Vanishing Point track on Ming & Jon’s Monday Night Ride-Out.
